Proposal for Showcasing the Noble Oak Creative experience in action.
At Kindled Films, we’re excited to capture the dynamic that Noble Oak Creative experience through engaging video content. Our goal is to highlight how creating an uplifting and empowering atmosphere converts an average headshot session into an impactful and lasting experience. We’ll showcase the efficiency and coherency that guests can expect Noble Oak Creative to deliver at every event.
Through our storytelling, we’ll initiate run and gun interviews to give a platform to those participating in the experience. We'll hear first hand about the value that comes from confident creatives combining with sculpted skills behind the lens.

Project Description & Timeline

Pre-Production
Planning for this project will consist of a meeting with the creative directors of Noble Oak Creative to finalize messaging and shot-listing.

Production
Production of this project will include 2hrs of event coverage capturing video content on location. Accompanied by an array of brief on the spot interviews from individuals enjoying their experience with the Noble Oak Creative team and their workflow.

Post-Production
Post-production will involve editing of the footage, and audio from the production with coloring, audio syncing and mixing, VFX, titling, and exporting. Finally, delivery of first drafts will be made and 2 opportunities for revisions will be available following review of the first drafts.

Delivery
Delivery will be made digitally to the Noble Oak Creative no more than 4 weeks after the final date of production unless otherwise communicated.
