Project Description & Timeline

Pre-Production
Planning for this project will start with a meeting with the Sustainability Campus Manager to determine messaging and coordinating the production expectation.

Production
Production of this project will include 3hrs of capturing photo and video content on location.
Our team is prepared to:
1.) Capture general event photography.
2.) Provide guests with a mobile headshot experience
3.) Deliver a highlight film focused on promoting Campus Events.
4.) Provide vertical videos to boost online presence and community awareness.

Post-Production
Post-production will involve editing of the photos, footage, and audio from the production with coloring, audio syncing and mixing, VFX work, and exporting

Delivery
Delivery for all content will be made digitally to the Sustainability Camus Manager no more than 4 weeks after the final date of production unless otherwise communicated.
We will provide 2 opportunities for revisions on the Highlight Film, and 1 revision for each delivery of vertical content.

*Quoted prices assume Client responsibilities in the Contract are met and any required content/materials needed to complete this project are provided in a timely manner as necessary. If the budget is likely to change, communication will be had before doing so.
